Drawing on his extensive experience as a practitioner and trainer, Eric is offering a blended learning model for his courses, combining face to face practical training with distance learning for theoretical subjects supported by coaching/mentoring sessions, email and phone support.
In addition there are supervised clinic times for students to practise and build their skills in a work like situation.
Eric has been involved in the training industry for the last 16 years, having worked at colleges in Newcastle and Sydney.
He is also a preferred trainer for some international resort chains, having recently returned from a 2-month training trip in Vanuatu where the Starwood group, parent body to the Le Meridien and the Warwick group, parent body for Le Lagon Resort, retained him.
Future projects include setting up a day spa for this group and extending his training into their resorts in Fiji.
