Hello my name is Eric I am the owner and head trainer at Hunter College of Massage.
I had been seriously hurt in the neck many years ago and found that massage therapy was the only area within the health arena that actually helped with the pain; I had been to Chiropractors and Physios with little or no result. I went to a Massage Therapist and after a few treatments the pain had receded to the point I could carry on with normal movement in my neck and shoulders.
It was then that I decided to find out more about this amazing science. So like many I enrolled in a course and today am fortunate to be able to work with all types of muscular disorders, my work not only covers people that have hurt themselves on a day to day basis but also I am privileged to work with paraplegics, cancer sufferers and people with chronic pain.
All of these people have had major improvements to their lives. I am thrilled to be involved with this industry and through the Hunter College of Massage I am now able to assist others who now want to move into this amazing industry or just want more out of their lives, more rewarding work days, better challenges, better money – massage therapy offers all of these and more, it is one of the most rewarding careers that you can choose to do with your life…
I am also privileged to be able to work with some other fine trainers in this and the beauty field to give students an interesting and rewarding training experience.
