At Hunter College of Massage we are committed to ensuring the privacy of your information. We understand that as a customer using the College website how important the privacy of your personal information is to you. The type of information that we collect from you will depend on what courses or enquiry that you might you use on the website.

When you provide us with personal details i.e. when enrolling in a Hunter College of Massage course in Massage or Beauty we may request personal information such as your name and address, credit card details, your e-mail address and a contact phone number. This information is fundamental in order for you to carry on business with us, and so that we may contact you when necessary on issues relating directly to the courses that you enquire about or enroll in. This practice is consistent with our normal business policies.

It is not Hunter College of Massage policy to sell or disclose your information to any individual or entity for marketing purposes without your express consent.

If you are an enrolled student, we may use your e-mail address to advise you of any upcoming events, courses or changes to courses.

We may also use your email address to send our regular communications, which advises new services and special offers.

It is our policy to only email customers who give us permission to do so. If we send you an email for a commercial purpose, we will give you the option of not receiving further communications of this nature.

Security of Data:

Hunter College of massage does not keep or store personal information about students online all of your information is kept in a secured document cabinet and can only be accessed by staff of the College.

Access:

All students, clients and employees have the right to inspect their own personal information held by the College. Examination results and records are not available for inspection. The College may charge a nominal fee for this service.
